Tutition Payment Policy

I will provide a monthly invoice for those families that would like to submit for reimbursement through their local homeschool program.

*Students cannot participate in the group class until their monthly tuition is paid.*

• Tuition payments are due at the beginning of each month for that month’s scheduled lessons.

• Families who would like to pay for a semester at a time will receive a 6% discount.

• Families who choose to enroll for the full year of classes in August will receive a 10% discount.

• Families who enroll more than one child will receive a 10% discount for each additional child.

• Students who take more than one class will receive a 10% discount on the second class.

How to Pay

Monthly invoices will be provided for families who would like to submit for reimbursement.

Payments can be made online via Square

• A 3.3% surcharge will be applied to all transactions paid via Square to cover processing fees.

• Check made out to Hannah Johnston (receipt provided)

• Cash (receipt provided)

Cancellation/Late Policy

• Group classes are non-refundable. 

• If a student is not able to attend a class or they can no longer attend indefinitely, they will not receive a refund, as they are forfeiting a spot in the program. 

• If I need to cancel a class due to illness, families will be refunded for that day.
